A person will be there to welcome you and present the specificities of the property.



The mandatory extras in addition to the nightly rate are:

- cleaning (price per property) is automatically included in the booking

- Bed and towel linen (NOT INCLUDED): 16.90 euros/person, to be paid before your arrival.



Upon arrival, if there is a modification in the bed configuration that was not previously transmitted to the agency, there will be a 30 euro charge for the service.



Cleaning and linen rental are two mandatory extras:



Cleaning includes:

- cleaning of floors, surfaces and windows

- cleaning of bathroom and sanitary facilities

- disinfection of the accommodation



Cleaning does not include:

- cleaning, drying and storing dishes

- arranging furniture and accommodation equipment

- removal of food from the refrigerator



Beds are made before your arrival and 2 towels are available per person.



As stipulated in the advertisement, we want to remind you that events and festivities are prohibited, and sanctions could be taken against you if the neighbourhood contacts us.



Moreover, the use of the fireplace is not allowed.



⚠️ ⚠️ A deposit will be requested in cash on-site and will correspond to 20% of the booking amount if there is a neighbourhood complaint.

⚠️ ⚠️ The maximum capacity of the accommodation is 10 people, and for personal reasons, we do not want festive events to take place in this villa.
