“Property was as described. We chose it as base to go to Rose Bowl in Pasadena. It is located in a safe neighborhood, parking included. Bed is very comfortable, very quiet room, with good amenities (microwave, small fridge, coffee machine, smart TV, furniture, etc). Room is great for a couple or single person. We actually met Juan during checkout and talked about the room and 1 potential improvement on it (like a door to the shower/toilet area). Overall communication was great. In summary,...

“We had a fantastic stay at Casita Gundry! Check in was so easy and we were exhausted after a late flight in from the east coast. Imagine our delight when we woke up the next morning to eggs and incredible pastries waiting for us in the fridge. It was such a blessing to take breakfast off our plate...or put it on rather. LOL Plus the home was just 3 mins from our family we were there to visit - we will absolutely be back!”

“This two bedroom suite was perfect! Clean, filled with art, plants, rugs which made it a pleasant place to stay. David has equipped his VRBO with so many of the items you need to make yourself a meal - refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle, plenty of plates, glasses, cups, cutlery, etc. In addition, plenty of towels, blankets, kleenex and various sundries - shampoo, moisture, etc. It is in a nice neighborhood and with a 15 minute walk or so, down a hill...

“This was a lovely place to stay and was close to Universal which made it very easy for us to drive there. The entrance to the property was nice and private and the guest home is very cozy. ”

“Excellent location for our visit to the LA area. The guest house was well maintained and had all the conveniences we needed. The two little dogs were very friendly after barking our arrival. They warmed up this very quickly. Cedric was a very congenial host and will respond quickly to any concerns. It’s a great place for a couple to stay, we enjoyed our 5 day stay.”

“The property owner doesn’t miss a single thing! Having everything a beachside rental should have, and all in good condition, makes the day fun. A gorgeous walk street and a perfect parking spot in the back. Two blocks to the beach and boardwalk, two-three blocks to just about everywhere. The rental is charming and 100% recommended.”

Would book again. note about room 5. Crack under door. Cover with towel to keep adjusted temperature to comfortable level. AC does not turn off from buttons. Use the buttons on the plug to turn off. “it was requested a no smoking room but even if there were the indication for no smoking, the room was smelling so bad like if someone has smoked for long time inside. it's a big pity as the suite is fine, but this smell for the whole time was too strong. personnel kind but not supportive to solve your issues. for the rest, everything at high level.”
