“Our family had a fabulous time during our stay. The house is spacious and very nicely decorated. The back yard and pool make it feel as though you are at your own mini resort. We loved the kitchen, dining and living room area for family fun in the evenings. The 3-4 minute drive to Universal made a long day much more tolerable since we were there and back home in literally no time flat, even in rush hour. We had a minor, technical hiccup, but the owners were readily available and easy to reach....

Every aspect of this GORGEOUS home was clean, thoughtfully decorated and peaceful, with great views and incredibly comfortable! The location is in a lovely neighborhood and so close to iconic Hollywood as well close to Griffith Park for night hiking and the ACFC Soccor game! Diego is a fantastic host in every manner- will definitely book again!”

The furnitures, appliances/electronics, bed linens, kitchen equipments/utensils are good quality. “Great location. Paid pool heating fee through Venmo to a different person than host, kinda weird, host was kinda pushy to collect pool heating fee. Property has not been deep cleaned in a very long time. Air was musty, dirty smelling inside. Many surfaces were sticky and filmy, throw pillows and rugs filthy. Bathrooms not clean, tons of dust and hair. hair sticking to wall in master bath. Cold water does not work in master bath, handle jammed, hot water starts burning you after a few seconds....

“it was requested a no smoking room but even if there were the indication for no smoking, the room was smelling so bad like if someone has smoked for long time inside. it's a big pity as the suite is fine, but this smell for the whole time was too strong. personnel kind but not supportive to solve your issues. for the rest, everything at high level.”
