“The room was very clean. The bed comfortable. The bathroom clean. The room was “roomy”.”

“Definitely don't recommend. The first room we were assigned had been smoked in -- the front desk guy was super helpful and got us a second room. Great of him, but ick. We were excited for the pool and hot tub -- but the hot tub was out of order, and the pool was fine but really small. The rooms were pretty beat up, not super clean, the showers took a really long time to warm up. The breakfast was fine, but super limited. “the only good thing is bed. But internet did not work for the whole afternoon and night, therefore you could not have access not only to the web but also you could not watch TV as it was just streaming (so you needed internet as well) Bathroom is really small, and shower tiny and without a window, so you have a shower in the dark.”

“Great location, very central with opportunity to walk and see Helena. This is a budgetary hotel (It's in the name, :)), that exceeds the expectations. Plenty of parking (mid-week), very clean rooms, decently quiet. Will stay there again. Thank you!”

“The smoke alarm was malfunctioning in our room and woke us up numerous times. We were on a 33 hr road trip and we're trying to get 6 hrs of sleep, we got absolutely none. There was no maintenance staff available to fix it. We were offered a refund upon checking out and still have not received it. Staff admitted it was supposed to have been fixed that day but repair person didn't show. Why would you put guests into that room then?”
