When we arrived we found he had accidentally made reservations for 2027. We were able to book 3 more rooms and the hotel itself is fine but we have not gotten our money back for the 2027 rooms. It would be different if we didn’t pay for 3 other rooms. Yes it was a no cancellation and we didn’t want to cancel. Just needed to stay in 2026. How can you...

“Clean room friendly staff only issue we had was it felt like the AC didn’t work well”

“The hotel was very clean and nice. My only disappointment was the check-in. The clerk was extremely slow getting us checked in. He also tried to say our room requested had been over booked after we had already called earlier in the day to let them know we were coming in late. We were finally able to get checked in after 20+ minutes [and yes, we were the only ones checking in].”
