“Everything was great at this location our only concern were the stairs. We've (myself, husband and our adult son) stumble on the stairs. The steps were very narrow except for the landing steps. ”

“We really love the neighborhood and the room looked good online. The RESI reception staff (based at a different location) was also very nice. However, when we got to our room we were immediately put off — there was a dank, unpleasant odor with a layer of harsh chemical cleaner over it all. My partner’s eyes & skin started reacting. Neither of us wanted to spend a night there, much less the 4 nights we had reserved. We’ve never done this, but we decided to leave immediately and find other...

“Amazing property! The staff were so kind. I lost my glasses off of the balcony and the next day staff searched to find them for me!
The onsen on the balcony was so wonderful! A very spacious room with nice amenities. Great view of lake Biwa. Would highly recommend!”
