“We ended up driving up (pictures are NOT what is actually). Property didn't have a sign had a fence around it. My kids were terrified. Walked in and said can I cancel and the gentleman said yes with NO questions asked. Looks like an unused run down building.”

“I found earrings in my room that I threw in the trash. The swimming pool area wasn't in good or great shape. The pool area needs some modern upgrades. More seating and better lighting. Breakfast was fair and the was little small for the furniture that was in the room. It was okay. I've stayed in several other SPRINGHILL SUITES MARRIOTT and it was ALOT NICER than this particular facility. The rooms were also much bigger.”
