“I was disappointed with my family’s stay and the lack of clear information during the booking process.
I booked three rooms through Expedia: one suite for my parents, one deluxe room for my sister and her husband, and another deluxe room for my brother, his wife, and their child. The room descriptions indicated that the deluxe rooms could accommodate multiple guests, and during booking the only breakfast options available were “with breakfast” or “without breakfast.”

“I was assigned a room on the 3rd floor with no elevator. My husband is just recovering from 2 surgeries and room has no private bathroom when it was disclosed rooms have private bath. Aircon is not working well— not conducive to the kind of current weather. I ended up leaving the hotel to transfer to a better one with much better conditions.”

“Upon arrival I found the room to be really dirty, only one towel, the television wasn’t working, no toilet seat, a dry loogy in the sink, and the walls had what looked like boogers on it, so I went to request another room and the clerk did switch me. She took me to another room and she had me check to see if the toilet seat was good and I agreed. “I booked for 5 people. 4 seniors and 1 younger adult. We were given a very small unit with 1 room. We were cramped. The sofa was not even a sofa bed, we had to improvise adding the ottochair so the legs of kuya (80 yrs) won't be hanging. Mattress were spread ON THE FLOOR . Poor Ate (73 yrs) had the difficulty to get up from the floor. Btw, the mattress has to be folded because when spread completely, it will block the door.The caretaker was apologetic but maybe forgot to report to the owner...
