“All things considered, I has a nice stay at the hotel. Although service was not perfect, staff was very kind, which somehow compensated for the problems.

- Information is not well managed. Although I had confirmed more than once my arrival and the request the shuttle from Airport to Hotel, there was none waiting for me at my arrival, I had to contact the hotel at my arrival and wait for an available...
