“This business turned myself and my partner away - explaining that they had overbooked the hotel and didn’t have a room for us. This was after confirming our reservation the same morning.
The front desk said this may be due to the insufficient performance of the new GM (Chris or Cole I believe his name was?)
They can’t even honor a booking, I would not recommend in the future 😂”

“I booked my room through a motel app, did not appear the facility was 100% occupied during stay, the rate seemed high for the area but was given a handicap room which i did not request. The bathroom seemed extra large but the two queen beds were extremely low to the ground. As to amenities most required an extra charge and tv had a very limited selection. Facility was extremely clean which was my primary focus or would have provided a lower rating.”

We walked on a wet carpet
bathroom was disgusting - toilet dirty, bathtub was filthy (wiped off the rim of bathtub which was yuk!
Did not want to really stay but since you had availability we did! What a mistake.
