“From the ride from and to airport was exactly . From the Walmart runs that was a 10/10 . The staff were very polite, helpful and friendly . My family first time being in Mobile , Alabama . The property it self was just beautiful . Décor and floor was gorgeous . We really enjoy our stay , due to the weather that kept my family and there for two extra days .”

“Overall, I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout our visit, which made a positive impression.
The main issues were with the condition of the hotel and room comfort. We had two rooms, and both had inconsistent temperatures that made it difficult to stay comfortable. In addition, the flooring throughout the hotel appeared worn and unclean, and it could benefit from a deep cleaning or replacement.

“Our rooms were not when we checked in at 9:30 PM . We had reservations for 2 rooms with queen beds, when we arrived the front desk advised she had a queen room read and a king room ready, I said fine Then it took forever to get keys to those rooms. Then she found another queen room however one bed hadn’t even been made, so I really don’t know if the room had been cleaned”

“Cheap for a reason! You get what you pay for!! This place had a renovation recently but I feel like the room I stayed in did not. I had first floor accommodations. The room smelled like mold and I wouldn’t recommend walking around barefooted. The pool was closed for inspection (it’s the reason I drove up early so the kids can swim). “The staff was AMAZING and very friendly.
The room was questionable, only because it smelled as if they tried to hide the smoking smell. The shower walls have some type of red substance that look like it was dripping. Not sure what it was only because it was above my head. The shower ceiling was either recently repaired or is damaged due to water. Couldn't tell if it was old plaster or new plaster that was applied. Wish I had shower shoes. The room is a good size and spacious; The bed was great...
