“We took our grandkids to the pool area. It was the dirtiest pools we have been in. Being an indoor pool one would think it was heated, well no it wasn’t. The patio area with a fireplace had no cushions out for people to enjoy the area. You now HAVE to pay for parking and WiFi, and you can see alot of beyond usual wear and tear that hasn’t been addressed. The staff wasn’t that great either, it is hard to get good help these days.
