“The gals at the front desk were amazing! Super kind, courteous and professional. There was a gal, maybe her 2nd or 3rd day on the job- She was so helpful. I totally enjoyed chatting with her and her mentor. My stay was fabulous and those 2 gals really made it better!!!”

“The hotel is aged but functional. Bathroom sink was super low, shower had cracks…but both worked. A/C barely worked. It was quiet at night and the staff was kind to give me a hour late checkout so I could shower after a race I ran.”

“Had a five night reservation made months in advanced. Absolute disaster. They overbooked and understaffed and had no room for us, we were left stranded after 2 days of travel. Lobby was dirty and smelled terrible. Staff was of no help whatever, and he said we were the 15th paid reservation he had turned away that evening. Inexcusable.”

“Excellent location. At beginning of the Main Street where all the restaurants and shops are. Parking is usually available on street or municipal lot across the street. There is no elevator at the factory. We had the designer king room. “The property is in a great location, walkable to many restaurants. Room was very clean but the bathroom was underwhelming: with no shower door and water plashing in front of the toilet. The sink was actually in the bedroom, which was annoying as you're always making more noise than you would if it was in the bathroom. “Facility was open 1 month.
Rooms were well kept,,,bedding & bathrobes -top shelf. Room had adequate closet space ,,,,but did lack drawer space. Very large bathroom --but 2 sink vanity was on the small side. Staff was good, helpful & pleasant (some waiter service, needed more "seasoning". Town of Beacon very nice ---plenty of nice restaurants & pubs.
Overall a very good experience.”

“Did you ever want to experience what it would be like to stay at a bed in breakfast? Well this is the place to go! So quaint and cute! Located right in the heart of the town of Montgomery. Plenty of things to walk to and see in the area.
Brianna the manager was wonderful. Very helpful and informative. The breakfast choices were delicious. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.”
