“Rooms very clean, breakfast was very good, Waffles, cereal, danishes, microwaveable cheese omelets, pancake dogs on a stick, breakfast sandwich along with coffee juices and yogurt. Grandkids loved the breakfast and swimming in the pool, I would definitely recommend and would stay there again.”

“We were told the water heater pilot was out upon arrival and it was very old and would not be fixed anytime soon. We then got to our room which smelled like smoke (non-smoking hotel supposedly). Their response was to send housekeeping to spray an air freshener. When she arrived to the room she just walked in without knocking. Between that smell and the smoke we were getting headaches and we were forced to find another hotel they refused to refund our payment. Old building on its last legs that...

“Struttura che non rappresenta assolutamente il nome della catena Best Western che dovrebbe rappresentare. Non ha nulla a che vedere. Noi quando viaggiamo scegliamo praticamente sempre i Best western ( solo in questo viaggio nella prima settimana siamo già a 4 e tutti fortunatamente ottimi) perché sono sinonimo di eccellenza. Questo invece era vecchio come struttura, totalmente insonorizzato, scadente come camere. Bagno e lavandino minuscoli. Prodotti per il bagno non adeguati per due persone...

“Dirty room upon arrival, had to be changed to a room that was slightly better, still was dirty in certain areas. Iron didn’t work properly, pillows are awful and the tv would sometimes work sometimes not work. Housekeeping never came by to refresh the room when we had wanted to as well. I would not stay here again.”
