“We have never vacationed during Christmas before. This was a perfect choice. There is LOTS of room in the house. The beds are very comfortable. The owner was very attentive, checked in via text just to make sure all was well and see if there was anything we needed. Fishing, simply from the dock, was fun and rewarding with 5 lb catfish and the largest bluegill I’ve ever seen!”

“We had a great time. The garage with the ping pong really was nice we had a good time. Now I have to buy a pong pong table. Close to all of the places we wanted to visit. Was planning a longer stay but work projects wouldn’t allow so we booked a short stay. We defineitely did not want to go yet.”

Location is great, enjoyed all of Athens, explored the Huntsville attractions, and the Smokey mountains are a beautiful 2 hour drive away for an amazing day out. “The property was very clean and nice. The fenced backyard was perfect for our pups and had a deck with furniture that was very comfortable. A short walk through the neighborhood takes you to the nature walk that is great for walking the dogs. Kitchen has enough pots and pans and dishes to use. The hosts are wonderful and very responsive to any questions or concerns. I highly recommend this property.”
