River / Lakeside home con l'atmosfera perfetta per le persone che hanno bisogno di rilassarsi! 3 camere da letto formali, ulteriori 1 futon, 2 bagni, ampio spazio aperto soggiorno con cucina aperta e zona pranzo e bella sala da pranzo schermato in una veranda sul retro. Le opinioni sono UNREAL! Camino a gas per notti più fresche. Per voi cuochi ci sono l'uovo verde XL, la griglia esterna a gas da 36 pollici e tutti i normali accessori da cucina. Riverside doc, rampa della barca per imbarcazioni più piccole, e un miglio da un lancio in barca gratuito. Decks a bizzeffe per il vostro piacere agghiacciante. Circondato dalla natura e da un'incredibile popolazione di uccelli e fauna selvatica. La sponda opposta è di proprietà della TVA e scarsamente popolata su 64.000 Hechtacre Lake Wheeler. Bass fishing di livello mondiale. Sci eccellente e canottaggio ricreativo. Kayak e stand up paddle board in loco. La proprietà adiacente a ovest è non edificata ed è un paradiso per un'incredibile popolazione di uccelli. Wifi e Smart TV disponibili, ma sappiamo che non ti importa di quelli. Luogo ideale per riunirsi, ricaricare, scrivere musica o un trampolino di lancio per le attrazioni di Huntsville, Atene, Firenze e Muscle Shoals. Ci piacerebbe condividere questo con persone di destra che cercano pace e tranquillità. Questa è una casa molto pulita e bella e una posizione incredibile. Letti eccellenti È circondato da cose selvagge, quindi se le cose selvagge e la natura ti infastidiscono, questo potrebbe non essere il posto giusto per te.

Secluded, roomy, on river, had everything needed. Paradise Cove Rd not busy good for walking the dog.One of the downstairs beds was a queen just plan accordingly if you bring your own sheets

Great place

Great place to have a relaxing getaway. Was nice being able to sit out on the dock and fish. Loved the ping pong table. Great table to play cards on! Host was easy to communicate with!

Great view for relaxing

We really enjoyed our stay. The back porch was our favorite spot to watch birds (take some bird feed to put on rail for good view). Beds were comfortable. Quiet area. Plan to go back in future

Peaceful getaway

We stayed here for my son’s college fishing tournament. It was great being right on the lake with amazing views. The house is bigger than I anticipated from the listing. The indoor space accommodated 8 easily. It was kind of cold when we were there so we couldn’t take advantage of the outdoor space, but it was well appointed for outdoor cooking and entertaining. The rental is about 20 minutes from grocery stores and restaurants, and I liked being away from the noise. Would definitely stay here again!

Great Lakeside Property

If you like hanging out in the sun on a dock over the lake or in the shade on a deck above the lake, or in a covered screened in porch further above the lake, you'll enjoy yourself here. The description is accurate. A bit out of the way, which may be the reason to choose this property. Still, Athens is only 20 minutes away, and the NASA Space Center is an easy trip.

Thanksgiving with Friends

We went back to Huntsville where I grew Up to visit old friends. We had a great stay. The King size bed was very comfportable. My wife actually commented on it as we have had many bad beds in the past. Thhe only issue I had, and knew going in was the distance to Huntsville. But we did enjoy our stay very Much!

Lovely Weekend Retreat

Our family stayed for an extended weekend together. The accommodations were spacious and the screen porch was a great place to enjoy the lake views. The beautiful sunsets each evening were magnificent! It was our home away from home, and we can’t wait to come back.

The only thing I’d change is to stay longer

We loved our stay here, I just wish we’d had a longer trip. The house is spacious and gorgeous, beds are comfy, the house was clean, kitchen was well-equipped, and pet-friendly. Super easy to find and such a pretty drive getting there from Atlanta. The flowers and yard likewise beautiful, with daisies, pineapple sage, and mums (I think they were mums) in the front, and a picnic table too! The views are breathtaking and hands down our favorite things were the screened in porch and deck. Y’all. It’s insanely beautiful with the sun on the water in the afternoons. We were there during a cool fall weekend so didn’t get in the water but man did we enjoy the porch and deck. Our host, Carter, was absolutely wonderful, super communicative, responsive, and helpful. Super enjoyed our stay and would absolutely stay here again next time we’re in the Huntsville area. Thanks so much, Carter!

Think of rental as a camp

Description of home and amenities TOTALLY inaccurate. Numerous appliances not working, porch area was filled with dead insects, outdoors not well maintained. Advertised use of kayak but came with broken unusable paddle. Owner became quite angry when we complained and asked location of trash bags. Then threatened us with eviction and sending sheriff to property to evict us. Would have been quite amusing as would have encountered 3 women in their 70s! I reported owner and his threats to VRBO who will be reviewing him for this behavior. After told him I reported him his comment was :if

Beautiful and relaxing

We loved this property! We were torn between a beach vacation and visiting family in Athens. So happy I found this house on the water, which allowed for a relaxing lake view and close proximity to family. Even with rain every day, it was lovely.

Wheeler Lake House

Amazing View

We had a great stay. The views of the lake are absolutely stunning, including the sunsets!! We were able to take our dogs, which was awesome, just have to make sure and stay with them as there is the boat launch with a steep drop off to It on the property. The rooms were all nice and cozy, everyone had an excellent nights sleep! Carter the Host was great, he answered any questions we had and was available whenever we needed!

Back porch relaxing

You couldn’t ask for a more peaceful place to relax in the screened porch overlooking the water. There is a large table with plenty of seating and several zero gravity chairs for a nap. The porch is shady, so even when the sun was blazing you could enjoy being outside with the gentle breeze coming off the water. This one is definitely a place that we’ll come back to.

First Christmas Away

We have never vacationed during Christmas before. This was a perfect choice. There is LOTS of room in the house. The beds are very comfortable. The owner was very attentive, checked in via text just to make sure all was well and see if there was anything we needed. Fishing, simply from the dock, was fun and rewarding with 5 lb catfish and the largest bluegill I’ve ever seen!

Wonderful stay!

The house was beautiful and comfortable. Very homey, had everything we needed for vacation. Loved my quiet morning coffee on the porch. Beds were very comfortable. I highly recommend the house. Will definitely rent again when we come back this way. Owner was great, answered all our questions quickly, very responsive.

Nice Lake View

House was modern and clean inside. Views of the lake are very nice. It is a long trip to any grocery stores or restaurants so plan accordingly. The outside cooking systems should be updated. A simple new charcoal grill would be fine. Drive can be a bit tricky if you have a long boat and tow vehicle. We found the TV controls not the easiest to figure out but owner was most responsive in helping us.
