“Nice place to stay. As a family of 4 we had 2 rooms next to each other. We arrived late in the evening and had dinner at the hotel restaurant. Had a couple of trips up and down in the elevator until we hit the correct floor (strange button labeling) but the food was great. Will definitely stay there again.”

“La struttura è carina e pulita. Ma in camera bisogna scegliere se accendere il frigo (vuoto) o caricare il computer. Il letto matrimoniale aveva 2 piumini singoli e niente lenzuola. La English Breakfast è terribile: ci sono le uova strapazzate, ma niente bacon, solo wurstel speziati e un assortimento di fritti untissimi. Per un breve soggionro di lavoro il Montecito va benissimo, per ricevere clienti direi di no.”

“Overall happy with the apartment. All floors were cleaned and generally good standard of cleanliness. Some parts of the apartment need refreshing but for the price we were happy and it was a super convenient for us to stay in that location. Kitchen and bathroom facilities in the really good and all worked well.”

“Wifi in the room non-existent. Room cleaning is average: on the first day I had to request it at reception!! In 3 days of stay sheets and pillowcases were never changed (they were in need..) A musty smell persists in the room - perhaps it comes from the curtains or poor ventilation. Breakfast: rather poor in quality. Plus : only one active coffee machine - despite a high number of guests (this forces to a long waiting lines) NO bread toaster. (Male) Breakfast staff ather rude and unhelpful.”

“We got a reservation at this property, however no one got back to us with instruction on how to enter the apartment. We got there at exactly 4pm and no one was there to open the door or to handle us a key! Very disappointed. We had to look for a new hotel in a city we do not know. ”
