“This property is incredible, and really perfect for a family. It was spacious enough that all 4 of us had our own space, but yet we still felt together. The wifi was fast and always available (very important for my teen). The location is ideal. The apartment is located one block from the beach just about right in the middle of the island, so it is about a 20-30 min slow walk to Punta Cocos (2k) and a 20-30 min slow relaxed walk to Punta Mosquito (2-3k). “Mattias has a couple of houses that he has divided up into various separate units that are all attached. I required 1 bedroom with 2 beds. I booked a 1 bedroom with 2 beds. PAID for a 1 bedroom with 2 beds. Upon arrival I was presented 1 bedroom with 1 king size bed. I could hear other tenants talking from the other side of a kitchen door! “We stayed 6 days. Property was 1 block from the beach. Major plus, due to easy access to water for any age or capability. House location on major road , noisy all the time. But, since on road, can walk to most areas. Was not offered information about transportation, rentals,tours, restaurants, etc. Like some hosts offer. This would be a time saver.
