"A facility that truly leaves you speechless. The lobby and all the communal areas are meticulously maintained down to the smallest detail—it almost feels like being in Venice. The reception staff greets you flawlessly, and in general, the entire team went out of their way to pamper us throughout our stay. The room was lovely and cozy, carefully furnished. The only downside was the bathroom—while beautiful, it could use just a touch of maintenance. The courtesy set was extremely well-stocked. There was an extensive variety of food options, with several restaurants and bar areas. A noteworthy point: everyone was very attentive to lactose intolerance. In summary, a highly recommended experience, fully in line with the price paid. I’m already feeling nostalgic!"

"Hotel comodo per fare un giro in centro. Camera pulita. Abbiamo fatto il check in la sera tardi e ci confermano che la colazione era inclusa. La mattina seguente invece ci informano checla colazione non era inclusa... quindi ho dovuto recuperare la prenotazione per far vedere che a noi risultava inclusa e di conseguenza abbiamo potuto accedere alla sala colazioni. "
