Also being on the ground floor made it easy going in and out without lugging heaving suitcases upstairs. Listing says the couch pulls out to a Queen and it does not. “Very modern interior. Lovely bathroom. Convenient location. Wasn’t the biggest fan of the street parking but it worked out. Be prepared to hear every fire department dispatch. There are transients in the area who are completely harmless. Somewhat heavy police presence in the area as well so I felt super safe. WiFi, smart tv, perfect heating & cooling. Fabulous decor. Basic essentials provided. Cozy.”

The apartment is as described, was very clean and I felt safe walking my dog in the gated apartment complex that also has a dog park along with other amenities. “The apartment is nicely decorated and comfortable. The beds in particular are very comfortable. There is a front deck area that allows you to enjoy a breeze and watch as thunderstorms go by. The beach is a short walk away.”

“Although small and size it was perfect for my daughter and I who traveled to Jacksonville to obtain eye surgery. We didn’t want to be in a hotel where it was loud and a lot of people. This was one bedroom of futon slept four, which is perfect for the two of us had a outside porch, which is what she wanted to be able to utilize when she was not able to see she wanted to just enjoy being outside in the sun and the fresh air and not be cooped up in a motel room this exceeded our expectations.”

It was great to have beach chairs and an umbrella for our use so we didn’t have to bring those. It was just a short walk to the beach and the pool and we had a lovely view of both.
