“Nice and clean, well positioned with excellent staff”

“Only one llittle issue to mention. Twice we had troubles in getting our room cleaned. Cleaning staff works very hard, but they are obviously not enough. Our last night at the Hotel the cleaners came to clean the room at 5.10 pm, and we had to send them away , as we had spent the whole day on the beach and were tired and in need of rest.The problem lies not with the staff, but with whoever is managing the Hotel. For the price Marriott charge clients I would expect better organization.”

“I booked a stay for a week and left after one day due to being intimidated by 8 Russian men. As a trans woman traveling alone on vacation knowing that Thailand is very safe for LGBTIQQ ppl. I went to the pool after visiting the spa which was amazing and the staff was very helpful. I left as I felt my life or the safety of my life would be at risk and would not be able to enjoy my trip as planned.
