“The hotel needs to be upgraded seeing as its a 5 star hotel. We had holes in our duvet cover, dirty bath tub and hotel was not as accommodating as when we stayed last summer regarding allergies. Otherwise a pleasant stay and staff are always kind and helpful.”

“The place is super well located, nestled between two of the top hotels of Seminyak.
The villa has a lot of space with an amazing private outdoor area and pool, that despite the busy location provides an oasis or tranquillity.
The interior of the villa is dated and in need of refurbishment, but it is functional. The entrance of the overall structure also needs an upgrade.
The staff is very kind and the breakfast offers the right variety and quality.
