The location is both a blessing and a bit of a curse – the main market, bridges, central park and all the city-centre amenities are just 10–15 minutes’ walk away, but getting up to the hotel means a climb of more than 100 steps (or you can use the winding road). Rooms and bathrooms are clean and well maintained, but nothing to shout...
