“Horrible, j’ai réservé avec hôtel.com et payer la facture avant d’être sur place . À l’arrivée on m’explique que ma réservation n’est pas prise en compte . Après 4heures d’appel avec hôtel.com on me reloge dans un autre hôtel non similaire (1etoiles) . Horrible et vraiment pas très professionnel.j’attends le retour du SAV… ”

“A very nice and clean place. Staff is professional and cares about guests. The breakfast buffet is excellent and so much diversified with special thanks to Mr Abdullah luqumani for his attention and manners. I highly recommend this hotel for visitors of Makkah.”

“Overall it is great place to stay. Rooms, beds are clean and comfortable. It does require updates to furniture and fixtures. It is 4.5 stars because of this. I would stay again though”
