“For the price we got a clean and quiet room right off the highway in an area where there was plenty of eateries, etc. I wasn’t expecting luxury and didn’t get it but we still had a good stay with an emphasis, again, on clean and quiet. “The hotel is conveniently located close to Frank Lloyd Wright Fallingwater and Kentuck Knob houses. The hotel is very clean, not shabby, and offers a basic but good complimentary breakfast and a small pool. The staff is very kind and friendly. Some restaurants nearby. The town of Somerset has not much to offer, but the proximity to the architectural masterpiece of FLR (which is otherwise exceptionally isolated), and the affordable rate of the good quality room are relevant "pros".”

“I wasn't sure what to expect since the property is older and rustic, but I was pleasantly surprised to find that the rooms and bathroom seem to have been recently remodeled and were both very clean. The staff was friendly and the food and drinks at the restaurant were great. They even have a little breakfast room where you can grab stuff to take back to your room, or where ever. The grounds are pretty, the front sits on a golf course, and the lake is at the back of it. There is no lake access...
