“Ottimo hotel vicinissimo al farmer market. L'aspetto della struttura è simile a un motel ma camere e servizi sono conformi ad un vero e proprio hotel. Camera pulitissima, accogliente e molto confortevole. Curata nei dettagli. Accappatoi in dotazione, sempre molto graditi. Staff gentile. Molto apprezzato il pensiero che ci è stato fatto per la nostra luna di miele! Prezzi snack e frigobar forse un filo alti, ma probabilmente allineati a quelli della zona in cui è collocato l'hotel. Da migliorare...

“The Charlie Hotel and our ‘Steve’ room in particular was a great place for us to base ourselves in West Hollywood. It had enough space and all the amenities that you would need. The bed was comfortable, and there was a full kitchen and washing machine and dryer. Staff that we encountered were very friendly and professional. The only negative was the frankly ridiculous rule that was stuck to the kitchen wall forbidding the cooking or microwaving of fish with the risk of a $250 fine from the...

“We arrived at check-in time and were told our room wasn't ready. More than an hour later, it still wasn't ready, causing us to be quite late to plans we'd come to town for. While delays can happen, customer service should not. After waiting well over an hour, we asked for an update and were told, "I just got here. I don't know what to tell you, it's just not ready. I guess they were busy today." That response summed up the experience perfectly. No apology, no ownership, no effort to make things...

Loro mi avevano mandato un mail dicendomi che stavano facendo lavori solo in piscina, mentre in realtà diverse aree dell’hotel erano in ristrutturazione! Pessima esperienza ”
