“Ottima accoglienza di Alessia, posizione eccellente, a due passi dal centro di Siena, con vista mozzafiato sulle colline senesi; Arredo troppo retrò, stato manutentivo dell’immobile molto molto basic, da rivedere arredo giardino. Tutto sommato buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Peccato perché la struttura si presterebbe ad essere eccellente. Urgono alcuni piccoli interventi manutentivi.”

“Wir hatten einen wunderschönen und erholsamen Urlaub in der Toskana! Das Häuschen ist sehr gut ausgestattet, sehr sauber und gemütlich, der Pool fantastisch und Asciano ist ideal gelegen, um die Toskana zu erkunden (Florenz, Siena, Arezzo, Pienza, Val d‘Orcia). Linda und ihre Familie sind super nett und waren immer ansprechbar. Wir kommen gerne wieder!”

“We had the most amazing time at Il Poggio! The property is well maintained, Roberta and Marina were incredible, and the location could not be beat. We took day trips (by car) to Siena, Arezzo, Florence, Orvieto, and Montalcino, all of which were easily and quickly accessible. “I brought my family (5 adults with 80 y/o mother) to Italy for Easter Holiday. Property was beautiful, easy to find and to get to off A1 allowing us to get to many local Tuscany attractions. House was perfect for adults with ample sitting areas, large bedrooms and bathrooms. We enjoyed a wine tasting and dinner one evening in the property which we thought was outstanding, would stay here again.”

“Simply the best! The hosts, the location, the cottage and the beautiful garden and Olive Grove setting could not be faulted. Cesare, David, Aura and Aslan the dog made us feel more than welcome throughout our stay. Nothing was a problem with providing information on the villages, local roads and routes, making dinner reservations and so much more. “Das Ferienhaus liegt wunderschön inmitten der Natur. Wer kein Problem hat mit dem Auto über schmale Schotterwege zu fahren, für die ist es ein Traum, auch die Anfahrtsbeschreibung war sehr gut verständlich. Alles war sauber und die Ausstattung mehr als gut. Leider war ein Zimmer im Nebengebäude nur über eine sehr steile Wendeltreppe zu erreichen. (Ist für junge Leute okay, aber für 60+ beschwerlich). “We loved our stay at “Villa Rosa”. The owner was very informative and provided all the detail and recommendations we would ever need. “Nous avons loué une maison avec piscine mais nous n'avons pu utiliser la piscine que deux jours, dimanche et lundi (impraticable mardi et mercredi, eau trouble et très chlorée jeudi et vendredi). A cause d'un orage le lundi soir 15 aout et parce que la piscine n'a pas de couverture, la terre du jardin a glissé dans la piscine et l'a rendue impraticable (verte et "tournée").
