“Camera ampia ma di livello inferiore a quella prenotata e pagata. Condizionatore non funzionante per filtro sporco.Capelli nel letto e sul cuscino, alla reception, con disappunto, mi hanno consegnato una federa invitandomi a cambiarmela senza nessuna scusa. Housekeeping praticamente inesistente, non rifanno il letto (che di per sé ha già lenzuola ingiallite) ma si limitano ad aggiungere prodotti da bagno (all'arrivo 2 di essi erano già usati). “This was the perfect place, right on the ocean and a full kitchen so you can cook your own meals. The room was very clean, I loved that they had a laundry basket and laundry detergent in the room for you, came in handy seeing as we stayed for 7 days. Amazing place to watch the sunset from a hammock and we got lucky enough to see some nurse sharks at the docks right outside of our hotel.”

“Could have been worse, could have been better. Stayed in a 2 bedroom premium villa which was supposedly recently renovated. Still felt kind of run down. Booked for the dolphins and kids pool, but dolphins moved and kids pool was closed for construction of new water park. Hotel did not accommodate but offered kids activities you had to pay for (I guess they offered free bubbles). It is a very pretty and scenic hotel. All staff was very friendly. Lagoon was awesome! Pools were legit too, clean...

“The location was great. Walkable to places. It was overall quiet and the small beach area was nice. The pool could have been cleaner and having to get towels from the front desk was not convenient. Also having no bathroom by the pool was also not convenient. Overall, it was nice and I would stay there again, mostly for the location.”
