“Breakfast operations at the Italian restaurant are not up to standard. Even a simple order like water can take up to 15 minutes to be served, despite the lack of a busy crowd. The front desk staff, both during the day and at night, do not provide the level of assistance expected. It appears that they lack the passion required for their roles.”

La colazione scarsa, poca scelta e non c'erano nemmeno il latte caldo e il succo d'arancia. Ma soprattutto il personale poco cordiale, non abbiamo ricevuto un sorriso. Peccato!”
