“When we arrived the house was visibly not cleaned. Perishables and half eaten food were left in the fridge, linens were visibly soiled, bathroom was dirty and owners toiletries, underwear and clothing were left in the bureau in the main bedroom. The owner was very responsive and said he would take money off to make up for it, but we still spent our first day there cleaning and laundering all of the linens and towels. “Everything about my stay here was 5-star from check in to check out. I couldn’t believe how cute the place was and the Host thought of everything! I usually prefer a luxury hotel when I travel because I know what to expect. But this place exceeded my expectations! Oh and you can walk to the property from the ferry, grocery and great restaurants are super close. I only needed an Uber one time to get to my meeting in Oak Bluffs. Other than that I enjoyed the conveniences of being in Vineyard...

Elaine is a great host, the house is lovely and clean and perfectly equipped - kitchen, towels, sheets, furniture, etc. The location was great for our getaway. “For the last few years my we’ve taken a trip to the Vineyard to celebrate our anniversary after eloping there in the fall of 2020. We decided that it would be nice to bring the dog and invite family down, Mikes place gave us the perfect spot to do that it’s a great location with plenty of room for five adults and small dog, the house was clean and has a great outdoor shower as well. I would definitely recommend staying there.”

“We we’re in MV for the marathon. My 18 ur old ran it (his first). The house was located right near the ferry black dog tavern/ bakery and store as well as stop and shop and several pizza shops! The house was exceptionally clean and the outdoor space is beautiful! Mike checked in with me often to see if we needed anything. The house had everything you need and more. Including a kuerig with complimentary coffee pods and tea options as well. We’ll stocked with soaps shampoo and conditioner paper...
