“들어서면서부터 향기가 좋아서 만족했고 숙소가 가족들이 머물기 너무 좋았습니다. 욕조가 있어 여행후 반신욕으로 피로를 풀었고 입욕제도 제공해주어 정말 좋았습니다. 냉장고가 굉장히 커서 과일을 좋아하는 저희 가족에게 안성맞춤이었습니다. 그릇과 컵도 모두 예쁘고 다양해서 좋았고 무엇보다 숙소가 너무 편안하고 예뻐요!! 한국느낌을 살리면서도 편안함이 최고네요! 다도도 가능해서 아침마다 가족들과 다도를 즐겼어요. 오설록 티백을 제공해주시는게 대박인데 처음 먹어보는데 향이 너무 좋네요!! 다음에 서울 올일 있으면 무조건 이 숙소에 머물거에요!”

“清掃も綺麗にされており、とても綺麗なお部屋でした。 何よりも、スタッフの方々の笑顔と対応が素晴らしくて感動しました。 今まで数えられないほど渡韓しておりますが、全てのスタッフの方々の対応が素晴らしいのは初めてです。 ひとつだけ、設備のことでお願いしたいのですが、バスタブの中でシャワーを浴びる際、壁とバスタブの間に隙間がある為、壁側にあたるシャワーのお湯がバスタブの下を通って、洗面所の前までビチャビチャになってしまうので、シャワーを浴びた後、床を拭がなければなりませんでした。 そこだけ改善をお願いしたいと思います。 また是非泊まらせていただきたいと思っております。 いろいろ親切に対応してくださり、ありがとうございました。”

“The hanok stay was very clean, and the contactless check-in and reception were run efficiently, so there was no inconvenience at all. Amenities were available in the lounge, where you could simply take what you needed, making it easy to relax quietly without running into anyone. Milk, cereal, and water were generously provided, and although I would have appreciated a bit more bread in the morning, it was fine overall. The only drawback was that the space felt too narrow. “Hotel molto bello, camera funzionale e panoramica anche se non grandissima. Bagno molto comodo, letto molto confortevole. Ristoranti con orari un po' stretti (in linea con quelli del paese).”

“La posizione è molto strategica per la metro, esattamente davanti il DDP, nei dintorni ci sono molti ristoranti e negozi. Il letto è comodo, un po’ scomodo il bagno senza piatto doccia ma pulito.”

“ddpまで近く大通りに面しているため女性だけでも夜中安心でした。清掃も綺麗で水回りなど困ることはなかったです。買ったお土産をフロント預かりに出来ないホテルだったためホテル内のコインロッカーに届けてもらったのですが、コインロッカーの使い方などをスタッフの方が丁寧に説明してくださいました。”

“Small apartment, could barely fit 4 of us with our 4 big luggages. Toilet was quite small as well. At least it was clean, had washing machine & dryer, and provided towels when requested. When we checked in, we realised that there was no laundry detergent and texted the CS, they took a long time to reply and we almost went to buy detergent ourselves. They could have provided more instructions on what to do to get new towels etc as we had to wait a long time for them to reply”
