“No hot water. Broken clock. Threadbare chair. Broken staircase. Trash and used linens in the hallway. I had to wake up the front desk person asleep head down to check out who refused to give me an itemized bill until i asked a 3rd time. People spent the night in the lobby. Expedia didn't lift a finger after Red Roof sent me back to Expedia. RR and Expedia should've refunded me every dime. I have pictures of all of the above. “Non smoking room was smoke smell. Outside my window broken down air conditioner units. All night drug activity and fighting. Stayed on 2nd floor with people screaming in hallway. Went to room on Sunday pretty much a swat team kicking a guy out of 3rd floor room. Room was very old worn. We switched to another hotel due to the area and the hotel clientele. We travel a lot and this was a horrible experience. Just seeing police and drug addicts outside enough for us.”
