“I stayed for one night, I wanted a location with easy access to the main roads to get to the airport while being close to the people I was visiting. The room was comfortable and clean. Easy check in and out.”

Check in instructions were sent, but after check in time. “We stayed at this hotel for one night, coming from London for the reading Festival. We arrived around 12 pm so the rooms were not ready but we could check-in and leave our luggage. The location is fantastic if you're arriving by train as it is right in front of the station. We were back later and were given the room key. There doesn't seem to be a way of changing that to English. Premier Suites in Reading gave us a very large apartment, well equipped, pleasant staff and good value.
