Tutto perfetto
Ottimo appartamento , pulito e accessoriato di tutto quello che potrebbe servire , aria condizionata nelle camere ed in sala. Quello che ho preferito, avendo 2 bambini e poca voglia di usare l'auto, l accesso diretto ad una bella spiaggia e la veranda dove si può pranzare all' ombra . Inoltre la disponibilità del proprietario è eccezionale. Spero di ritornare.

La posizione della casa e' spettacolare: vista sul mare, ottima ventilazione, accesso diretto alla spiaggia libera ( pulita e dotata di servizio spiaggia). La casa e' ben organizzata e arredata con tutto il necessario per godersi la vacanza, dall'attrezzatura per la spiaggia al barbeque. Non fatevela scappare :)

Très bon séjour à Lido Di Noto
Pendant cinq jours, nous avons séjourné à Lido Di Noto avec notre fille de six ans et avons été satisfaits de notre hébergement. La communication avec le propriétaire était excellente et il s'est montré très arrangeant pour les heures d'arrivée et départ. L'endroit était propre, spacieux et bien placé. Globalement, je le recommande. Petit point négatif, le lit était un peu trop mou à notre goût.

Super séjour
Une semaine en famille. Superbe location. Location spacieuse propre et confortable. Superbe cadre. Emplacement idéal pour découvrir la région et le triangle baroque. Vue sur la mer idéal pour assister aux levers de soleil. Accès direct à la plage. Eau limpide. Propriétaire à l'écoute. Excellent accueil. Nous recommandons.

Schön ausgestattetes Haus direkt am sauberen Meer
Wir haben da 10 schöne Tage mit unserem Kleinkind verbracht. Die Wohnung ist sauber, mit schöner Dekoration und man hat alles was man braucht zum kochen und backen. Die Klimaanlage ist super für heiße Tage, sonst kann man auch gut durchlüften. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter ist sehr gut auf Italienisch und er berät gerne über die Aktivitäten und Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Region. Für den Strand stehen Stühle und Sonnenschirme zur Verfügung. Das Meer ist super für kleine Kinder da man sehr weit noch zu Fuß ins Wasser laufen kann. Im Vergleich zu den benachbarten Stränden ist dieser Strand super sauber und das Wasser klar ! Man teilt sich das Haus mit einem Paar mit 2 Hunden: ein der sich in aller Ruhe und ohne Gefahr streicheln lässt und der andere, der Menschen meidet. Also es ist super mit Kindern. Wir empfehlen mit einem Auto vor Ort zu sein, weil die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten begrenzt bzw. nicht vorhanden sind. Ein Auto kann man gut in noto mieten. Wir sind dankbar für die Zeit in dieser Wohnung 😊

Amazing place
We stayed in this lovely apartment for 7 days in June 2023. Will never forget evenings that we spent sitting on the terrace with glass of wine and waves sound. Totally and absolutely amazing place. Step from the beach which is one of the best in my opinion in the whole area. Morning time we use to take umbrella and stick in in the sand to reserve our favourite place on the beach:) then come back when morning coffe was finished on the terrace:) crazy me- anyway not many people in June . the apartment is full of plenty space. Really huge - pictures are not showing that m2. Remotely closed property gate, great contact with landlord on what’s up. Absolutely need to rent a car if want to see NOTO, Siracusa, Etna etc. the place is located outside the city , prefer make some shopping in Avola Conad:) before coming. local shop is veeery expensive but restaurants ok.super delicious pizza, ice cream for children, clothes market opens at evening time , step from the house , my wife was in heaven when going there. Recommend that place

Sensationelle Lage mit wunderschöner Terrasse, Wohnung mit kleinen Makeln
Die Lage und Ausrichtung der Wohnung und der Außenbereich sind sensationell! Besser geht es nicht! Die Ausstattung ist ok, die Fotos sind aber schon älter: die Stuhlauflagen u.ä. sind abgenutzt, die Blumen wurden durch Kunstblumen ersetzt, der Garten ist angelegt. Im Inneren ist viel mehr Dekoration bzw. Schnickschnack, überall steht etwas oder ist abgedeckt. Für uns war es zu viel, leerer (wie auf den Fotos) fänden wir es besser. Auch die Schränke und Schubladen waren voll, zum Teil mit persönlichen Dingen, so dass man davon ausgehen muss, dass da jemand wohnt. Es wäre schön, wenn man vorher darauf einen Hinweis hätte. Platz für unsere Kleidung hatten wir aber mehr als genug. Das Geschirr erschien teilweise schmutzig, war es aber nicht. Offensichtlich ist es nicht spülmaschinenfest und sieht dementsprechend aus. Der Aussenbereich macht aber alles wett! Für den Preis ist es insgesamt in Ordnung.

Wir verbrachten in dieser schönen Ferienwohnung 1 Woche im Oktober. Es war alles wie beschrieben und der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war super. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Wundervolle Lage am Ionischen Meer
Bei sommerlichen Temperaturen konnten wir die Wohnung mit direkter Meer Lage sehr geniessen. Sebastiano hat sofort auf unsere Anliegen reagiert und alles geregelt. Wir würden unsere Ferien sofort wieder dort verbringen. 4 Personen sind allerdings für uns die Maximalbelegung, die Sofas eignen sich nicht zum Schlafen.

L'appartement était conforme à la description. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour familial à Lido Di Noto dans cet appartement et c'est avec beaucoup de regrets que nous sommes repartis de ce petit coin de paradis. Merci à Sebastiano pour tous ses conseils et sa disponibilité (par téléphone). Si nous devions repartir en Sicile, nous revenons sans aucun doute chez Sebastiano!

Nice stay in Lido di Noto
The spacious apartment corresponded to the descriptions on the web: Good facilities, especially in the kitchen, beautiful location by the sea. We have used the accommodation for numerous excursions in the near and far surroundings. During the low season, Lido di Noto is usually a bit sleepy. Since much was worked on at the houses nearby, there were (presumably only in this time) light nuisances by construction noise. On the property there were two very nice dogs who guarded us well at night. With the landlord there was a very good, friendly contact by WhatsApp at arrival and departure and during the stay. He gave good hints for the journey and for the stay, problem-free completion of the handover.

L'appartement est spacieux et fonctionnel. La terrasse avec vue sur la mer est très agréable.
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet appartement qui correspond bien au descriptif. Il est idéalement situé et les contacts avec Sebastiano ont été agréables et aisés. Nous recommandons ce logement. Michèle et Patrick

Lovely location
The apartment was very spacious with lovely views and a fabulous walk along the beach. The location provides excellent opportunities to drive to interesting towns, historic sites and countryside.

Alles wie beschrieben: top Lage mit direktem Strandzugang. Im Oktober noch prima zum Baden, im Ort Lido di Noto hatte aber schon alles zu. Die Wohnung eignet sich prima als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die Umgebung (Vendicari, Noto, etc)

magnifique vue sur la mer
J'ai beaucoup aimé cet appartement situé idéalement près de la plage avec accès privatif direct. La mer est chaude et très claire par beau temps. La terrasse avec vue sur la mer est très spacieuse et permet de rester au frais à partir de 11H00 du matin. Le reste de l'appartement est très fonctionnel et très propre. Il y a toute les commodités (machines à laver et lave-vaisselle ainsi que la climatisation). L'appartement est situé au premier étage d'une grande maison (le rez-de-chaussée était aussi occupé) et en contrebas de la route d'accès et il est donc au calme. Il y a aussi un parking pour la voiture et l'accès est sécurisé. Il y a aussi un petit commerce et une pharmacie à proximité (on peut y aller à pied) et aussi un cabinet médical à 5 minutes en voiture (j'en ai personnellement eu besoin). Le propriétaire est très disponible et toujours prêt à aider. Pour moi, c'est une très belle expérience. J'ai adoré.

Diese Ferienwohnung ist ihr Geld wert. Liebevoll eingerichtet bis ins kleinste Detail.
Wir waren eine Woche im April 2018 dort. Wen. Man morgens aufwacht und einen Espresso auf dieser Terasse mit Meerblick trinkt und die Sonne einen anlacht, bist du im Urlaub. Der privatzugang zum Strand mit kristallklarem Meer, ein Traum. Die Wohnung mit Top aufgeteilten Zimmern, liebevoll eingerichtet und bei Fragen steht der Vermieter immer mit Tipps zur Seite. Wir waren nicht das letzte mal dort.

Fantastic place directely at the beach
We enjoyed a wonderful week here in this very nice house. You cannot come closer to a beach like from this property. Very nice sunrise from the balcony and fantastic view over the sea. Sebastiano was a perfect host who cared about us very well. He even organized the welcome in the night. Thanks also to Aurora who waited for us with the keys at 01.45 am when we arrived by car from Catania airport. The apartment is equipped with everything a family needs for holidays. As we were here in the off season (mid October) unfortunately a lot of shops and restaurants were already closed. However, we found nice restaurants here and in the nearby. As we must travel home today we are very sad now but we are looking back to a wonderful week we had here.

Sehr schön gelegen, sauber und sehr ruhig.
Die Villa bietet alles was man für einen Urlaub benötigt. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Die Villa ist sehr schön direkt am Strand gelegen. Wenn man eine kleine Strandbar oder bisschen mehr Rummel benötigt, bietet sich der Hauptstrand von Lido di Noto, der etwa 3 Minuten zu Fuss vom Appartement entfernt ist, an. Lido di Noto ist auch ein super Ausgangspunkt um die umliegenden Städte Noto, Avola, Syrakus und Ragusa zu erkunden. Wenn man genug Zeit einplant bietet sich sogae ein Tagesausflug nach Catania oder Taormina an. Die Schlüsselübergabe hat super funktioniert und der Vermieter war immer hilfsbereit wenn wir etwas benötigten oder wenn wir Fragen hatten. Die Villa besitzt auch einen kleinen Garten. Leider ist dieser nicht gepflegt. Vielen Dank. Wir haben den Uraub sehr genoßen.
