“This is my third time renting from Havana Lofts - twice with family and this time with a friend. I lived in this neighborhood for over 15 years and I always like to stay back in the neighborhood when I come to Philadelphia.
The apartment is well located in Olde City close to restaurants and shops. It is also close to the historic visitor sights. There's a nice cafe downstairs (Torchwood) and others are just a few mintues walk. Havana was accommodating with a slight change in our stay as well...

“The location within Old City was great, the unit is close to a lot of historic locations and great restaurants. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. The unit was clean and communication with the Host was excellent. There were a few inconveniences, like no wash clothes or kitchen towels and very flat pillows. You could definitely hear people in the unit above as well.

“The place is adequate. It has little to no furniture and the furniture that is there is cheap and barely holding together. Barely any towels and little to no kitchen supplies. It does easily sleep up to eight people which is a plus. It is also very easy to hear the neighbors upstairs and downstairs.
