“Beautiful, large room wtih tasteful, thoughtfully-selected furniture and amenities. Location was excellent for visiting the historic landmarks. Media system in room was problematic and did not work over the 5-night visit. Efforts to fix it were unsuccessful.”

“This was perfect for us. The apartment was very clean, had off street parking, was within walking distance (half a mile) to restaurants (Thai was great) and train station. ”

“This is a wonderful property. The hosts communicated so well prior to our arrival that we easily found the property and parking. The property was spotless and the high ceilings and roof top deck made it feel very spacious. The parking spot was a great bonus too!”

“This is my third time renting from Havana Lofts - twice with family and this time with a friend. I lived in this neighborhood for over 15 years and I always like to stay back in the neighborhood when I come to Philadelphia.
The apartment is well located in Olde City close to restaurants and shops. It is also close to the historic visitor sights. There's a nice cafe downstairs (Torchwood) and others are just a few mintues walk. Havana was accommodating with a slight change in our stay as well...

“Excellent communication as well as excellent property location. The rooftop view of the bridge and the river is something else for sure! You can't beat that view with a morning cup of coffee! We were celebrating our 11th anniversary and everything was amazing!”
