“Cameron was incredibly sweet throughout the entire check-in process and made us feel very welcome. The rooms were clean and well maintained. The customer service was exceptional from everyone we interacted with, from the front desk staff to housekeeping. The entire team went above and beyond and truly made our stay enjoyable. My only suggestion would be to extend the breakfast hours, but otherwise everything was wonderful.”

“I loved staying here!! It is RIGHT NEXT to the police station of Council Bluffs and walking distance to 3 convenient stores, a Hy-Vee and 2 exits away from Henry Doorly Zoo and Lauritzen Gardens. Clean, quiet and nice staff”

“The room we received was a handicap room, on the 2nd floor-what if someone with a handicap needed that room-what if they wanted to take a shower, there was a tub in this room-what if there was a fire & the elevator was not working-very important things to think about
Also, there were 2 adults. The cleaning staff left 1 hand towel & 1 larger towel for showering. That was it. No samples of soap…..NOTHING
I would not recommend this Holiday Inn to anyone, nor will we booking a room here again!!!...
