“Room was fine, staff were outstanding. They really aimed to please. Travel desk was very helpful. My problem with the place is the location. I had multiple people tell me the neighborhood was not safe. I didn’t see anything nearby that I would have wanted to walk to anyway. So I ate meals at the hotel. The food was not to my liking.”

“Mum & I loved our 2 week stay thanks to the team who looked after us so well. Good room size. Good location right next to the lift for Mum. Friendly Room Service where they even made us something not on the menu. Generous portions. Restaurant Service downstairs was more casual but a great place to mingle and get to know the staff. I was particularly touched by the care they all showed my octogenarian Mum. Between the other hotels in the same family, we were looked after so well that you'd think...

“I do not recommend staying here. I had to change rooms 5 times to finally find one that didn’t have issues. Had to check out a day early because it was that bad. Find a different place to stay.”
