“Our family of 5 (2-10yr old boys, 1-14yr old girl) were very pleased with the condo. The location was prime in Simpson Bay. Within walking distance to a few beach bars and walked over to Maho Beach too a few times. The pool was nice (warm) and had plenty of seating, always a few seats available. “This property is simply stunning. Very clean. Safe area. Walkable to restaurants, bars, markets and the beach, however we did rent a car. Property manager Stacey was amazing. The pictures are spot on for this property and we are booking again in the coming months! I was a little worried that sometimes you aren’t sure what you are booking but this was amazingly perfect. Can’t wait to go back!”

“The location and condo were fabulous. Close to great shopping and food. Fat Tony's is a must. The only downside was the elevator not working. It made getting in and out of the condo extremely difficult, especially for my husband. Being able to get gold cart service to Kalatua at Mullet was an unexpected surprise. All in all a great stay at what we have found to be our favorite part of the island.”

“We loved the property! At first we weren't sure about the location but it was so convenient and lots of good restaurants nearby just more residential. It's a quiet beach which was nice as well. The housekeeper went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect.”

“What an amazing view!! Short walk to market, restaurant, beach, casino. Loved the balcony pool. I was a little disappointed with Smart Vacation shopping service. They shopped a very expensive store as compared to market prices in town. Would not recommend using. Taxi service is reasonable and friendly for our trips around island. Hope to be back!!”

“Nice property. Grounds and pool maintained. Stayed for 2 weeks. We do cook meals at least half the time and found the kitchen could use some necessities like cups and bowls. Also, living room furniture is lacking seating and current furniture is uncomfortable. Other than that it would be nice if each bedroom had a TV. We will return.”

“The Cliff Penthouse is so incredible beautiful that we found it difficult to leave the property to do anything else on the island! Plenty of room to roam, and with lots of friends/family staying with us, we loved having different gathering spaces. Gorgeous views, the grounds were immaculate, and wonderful restaurants within walking distance. We had some issues with plumbing and addressed the same with the management. Property host was very quick to respond. We would love to come back again.”

“What a lovely villa! The pics don't do it justice! The bedrooms and living room are much more spacious. The location in the community is perfect as far as privacy. The owners have thought of absolutely everything one might need. We even loved the beach compared to the few others we saw on the island. It wasn't super-wide which would make for a long walk, it was completely uncrowded - most days we were the only ones there, and the water was gorgeous.
