Cottage a Philipsburg

“LOCATION was great, right on the water in Grand Case, steps form a nice, roomy beach. Good snorkeling right in front of the house. On restaurant row so the food and drink is amazing everywhere. Close to Orient Beach and that was fun. Shopping and dining in Marigot was great, prices were actually decent. Buy beer and wine and alcohol at the little stores in Grand Case, they sell it cheap and one dollar = one euro!!! (This does not apply at restaurants). Best restaurants were Grand Case Beach Club...

“What a lovely villa! The pics don't do it justice! The bedrooms and living room are much more spacious. The location in the community is perfect as far as privacy. The owners have thought of absolutely everything one might need. We even loved the beach compared to the few others we saw on the island. It wasn't super-wide which would make for a long walk, it was completely uncrowded - most days we were the only ones there, and the water was gorgeous. Also, watching the cruise ships come in and go...

“On the water quiet area. Close to the main areas we wanted. Went out every day hit the places we wanted and only took a half a tank of gas for the week. Frank was great with any question.”
