“A storm had just gone thru, and they had gotten their power back only around noon the day I checked in; this also impacted businesses in town. I was only there for one night so I opted to dine at the hotel. I would not recommend the Top of the Crescent, but the sliders at the Frisco's food truck were tasty. Also, Jasper was not the friendliest cat I've ever met.”

“When we arrived at BW in Eureka Springs, there was no power in the city due to storms and tornadoes. Pam at the front desk was friendly and welcoming, despite the stress of no electricity. She led us to our room with a flashlight, and opened our room with her management key, just reminding us to check in next morning to receive our own keys.
