“We booked based on price and reviews. This had good reviews. Lobby was clean and check in smooth. But that is where our experience ended being positive. We got to our room and it REEKED of cigarette smoke. We went back to desk to ask for a nonsmoking room and he said all rooms were non smoking and they were full so no changes he offered to spray deodorizer and we accepted that offer. Upon opening shades we then see that the floors had not been cleaned, like in a long time! Coffee stains...

“Good facility, convenient to airport and surprisingly quiet, given it is in the flight pattern for the airport and backs up to the expressway. Didn't experience any noise while inside the property. “I stayed here because my child was staying here with their volleyball team for a tournament.
The location is very close to the airport, a Wawa, and a nice store called At Home. Staff at the front desk were very helpful and attentive. The lobby is very modern. The breakfast costs extra, but in my opinion it’s good. The tv in the room has streaming apps available such as Netflix, YouTube, Apple TV. The bathrooms are stocked with liquid hand soap, lotion, shampoo, conditioner and body wash.

“The only quirky part of our staff was our room. We stayed twice, and the staff called our room a suit. The layout was quirky, although clean. Located close to Richmond Airport which was convenient.
Staff was helpful. Breakfast was great. I don't recall a hot tub, only a pool which was not available either night we stayed at the hotel.”

“The staff at the front desk were nice and helpful. Housekeepers not so much. Elevator was down, side door of building left open all day and night, unsafe. Hallways smelled like cigarettes, no pool no breakfast. One of our wash clothes had a stain. The pull out bed in the room had crumbs and what looked like party decor underneath so clearly those aren’t being cleaned properly. Overall ok hotel however would not stay there again.”
