“We spent 4 wonderful nights at this property. It is away from the crowds of the main tourist locations on Roatan. The sunset views from our villa plunge pool were absolutely stunning. “We just returned from a wonderful stay at Arca, and can't recommend it enough! The staff was wonderful and very helpful, the rooms were great, and the small boutique atmosphere was just what we wanted. We felt very safe there and the food for lunches was perfect. “I understand that the hotel cannot control the wind and incoming seaweed yet when it's been there for weeks (I found that out after getting into my room), has become stagnant and smells horribly, they should tell people before taking their money. They should also drastically reduce the price to compensate. People, including me, had to hold their breathe it was so foul. Could not use the deck in front of my waterfront room at all due to the smell. Had to just go inside and keep the door shut....

“The owners and staff are wonderful people. Warm, friendly, super accommodating, helpful. Small boutique feel to hotel. Guests are friendly. Access to diving super convenient. The only reason I didn’t give it a 5 is that there’s no closet or drawers to put stuff away, and the bathroom faucets are corroded and some of the hooks were missing, shelf wasn’t attached well enough to hold any products. There’s a nice fridge and kitchen which was well equipped if you like to cook, or make breakfast...

“Great location walking out onto the beach front with dining, shopping & groceries in both directions. You are on the heart of the main street so everything in the area is walkable. I felt incredibly safe and we had the best beach views. The owner is lovely & friendly, speaking great English which was helpful! Room was a very generous size however we had a power outage both days (not the propertys fault, the entire street was out). Highly reccomend, very satisfied!! ”
