“Excellent customer service: The staff is so friendly & welcoming, not only front desk personnel, but housekeeping too. Loved the coffee/tea bar set up in lobby area for that extra cup to go. Room was very spacious & clean complete with mini refrigerator, microwave, safe, coffee maker, etc. AC unit was a bit loud, but I usually pack ear plugs to muffle out such noise. “Definitely worth the stay because it was quiet, clean, and affordable. The staff made sure to put us with a hyper toddler over the laundry room so we wouldn’t disturb others by running/bouncing and she just did it- I didn’t even ask. My only disappointment was that the air conditioner was really loud and that caused some trouble for my toddler. It’s a window unit so not much to be done to cure that issue. We’re grateful for ease of our stay here and we recommend it to families.”
