“Continental breakfast was cold and terrible”

“When the Gps said we arrived I had to call the hotel because it didn’t look the picture on the app. The hotel looked like it was in disarray and under construction. When we walked inside there was a stale smell like the building did not have enough air flow. However the person who picked up the phone was very nice. When we went upstairs to the room the floors are really old and uneven so be careful. The room was nice but the door did not have a threshold so anyone staying could hear everything....

“The staff very helpful. It was a family vacation staying for three nights and requesting three separate rooms. Though there was a convention with many people staying at the hotel, the front desk staff was able to accommodate my family and switch the rooms to have us all on the same floor. The rooms were very clean and beds were pretty comfortable. The food at the restaurant in the hotel was good, reasonable prices. “Disliked the fact that it was a bar in the lobby and people hanging outside of the motel. When I enter the room, the room reeked of smoke. Horrible smell…I would definitely not be booking again.”

“You have to pay extra for amenities, like pots, pans, and utensils as well as bowls and plates so bring your own. Breakfast is a joke but better than nothing. You can get a cup of coffee and a granola bar on your way out the door to one of the local diners for a decent breakfast. We had a room with a king and got three pillows. I asked the nice woman at the front desk for another pillow and was told "we don't have extras..." Checkout is at 11am but your room key card deactivates at 10am. I would...
