“Hello,
We stayed 2 night, the room, breakfast, clealiness were all good. At the check out, we were late and requested 30 more minutes to pack up and get ready (soon after breafast). The late working (june 15th at 11am) said they could not provide late check out. We insisted we just needed a few more minutes, so in a very rude manner she pushed back saying we were placing her in a bad spot, she was not the owner and those were her instructions. “Great hotel in Kuwait City!! Very clean and friendly staff. My only complaint is the gym. It was totally packed with outside guests. Not a very relaxing place for the hotel guests to enjoy.”
