“I asked for a quiet room, it was noisy, next to parking and street, next morning walking to office, I see that it has rooms that overlook the interior courtyard. The toilet seat wasn’t attached to the toilet, the breakfast was bad, eggs cold, potatoes cold, my waffle was OK, coffee was so so, it’s an old B W that needs a lot of rehab to bring it to todays standards.”

This was the most horrible stay I ever had at a best Western and I usually stay at best Westerns...
