“First of all, the staff were fantastic. However, we were deeply disappointed with the state of our room. It reeked of mold, the carpet was damp and the light near the bathroom flickered when on. The air conditioner was super loud and only operated at one speed. Wi-do was spotty at best. We had a first floor room near the pool and random people kept sitting on our patio furniture. There’s no way you could keep the curtain open, however, the lighting was so terrible that you needed the curtains...

“Overall I like the location the area surrounding is great. Only knock is had I known the place was doing renovations throughout the property I probably wouldn’t have booked it but the staff was great and property was nice can’t beat it for the price.”

“The hotel was comfortable and the staff was very helpful and professional, also giving information about the city and shops where I had to buy some facilities. Just a small issue to be improved: the ventilator in the toilet worked 24/7: it makes no sense and a huge waste of energy (just multiply it for all the rooms): please address this tip to the hotel as a suggestion.
