“This property never responded to inquiries and obviously I never got a key, saw the property or the neighborhood. Vrbo was contemptuous in how they dealt with me. Vrbo refused to do anything until...until they move the goalposts to the actual check-in time. This forced me to spend hours calling them and being put on hold costing me over $100 in phone calls.
