“not a very friendly place to stay, our reservation got 'lost' and we weren't sure if there is space for us... we booked and paid two double rooms and were given a double and a bad smelling single with a bath without toilet seat in the end (had to complain and finally got the two doubles we paid for). we did not feel we were welcome in the rifugio. no information on the surroundings were given at all and the food wasn't as good as expected. the rooms were okay in the end but the bath really...

“The home and grounds are beautiful and filled with fun. Anna met us at the property, was so helpful with our stay at the home as well as providing us with places to visit during day trips. The view is incredible and can be seen from the top deck, as well as the entire back of the property. The pool w/ pool house was so much fun, also gorgeous, plenty of places to sit , lounge and a full size fridge for easy access to beverages. On the side of the pool area there is a lovely covered trellis area...

“The residence itself was fantastic. We could not fault the apartment or the swimming pool area which was great - the pool was a good size and everything was very clean. Two negatives - firstly if you could move it about 2km towards the town of Sant’Agata di Militello then you could easily reach the bars and restaurants. Whilst the distance isn’t huge, there isn’t a path on the road to walk to the town. Secondly - they make you wear a silly swimming hat! I can’t believe they have put in a new...
